**Position Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* **Processing customer orders**: Make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
* **Being a product and solutions expert**: We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
* **Building business relationships**: Build strong relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
* **Understanding customer needs**: Recommend arenaflex's best solutions to meet customer needs.
* **Helping customers navigate our website**: Assist customers in navigating our website and online ordering.
**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **High school diploma or equivalent**: A bachelor's degree is preferred.
* **Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills**: Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
* **Bilingual (English / Spanish)**: Fluent in both verbal and written forms.

**Compensation**
