**The Role**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will work closely with our customers to identify, investigate, escalate, and advise them on their questions and concerns. Your interactions with our customers will directly impact their ability to run their teams efficiently, making you a key player in driving customer satisfaction and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work closely with customers to identify, investigate, escalate, and advise them on their questions and concerns
* Collaborate with our global support team to efficiently identify, solve, escalate, and advise customers on their questions and concerns
* Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and timely solutions to customers
* Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish, using your excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Utilize your technical aptitude to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns
* Prioritize your workload and manage your time effectively to meet customer needs and expectations
* Share feedback and ideas to help our team continually improve and deliver exceptional customer experiences
**Key Qualifications**
* Experience in a SaaS B2B customer support role is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
* Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues
* Strong curiosity and empathy to build positive customer experiences
* Ability to multi-task across different tools and platforms
* Willingness to work with multiple teams in an international and multilingual remote/hybrid environment
