**Job Summary**

* Respond to incoming calls and emails from employees and former employees, providing timely and accurate resolutions to their inquiries

* Track, log, and follow up on all cases and transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders
* Escalate recurring issues to Technical Analysts or Team Managers, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime
* Explain and apply HR and benefits policies and procedures, providing clear guidance and support to our customers
* Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards, protecting sensitive information and upholding careerzynith's commitment to security and integrity
* Follow established protocols and work independently on routine tasks, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
* Support peak volume periods, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Attend all mandatory training sessions, staying up-to-date on the latest policies, procedures, and technologies
**Requirements**
* Must be 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED
* Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or benefits-related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish as their primary language
* Excellent multitasking and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Reliable, distraction-free home office, with a stable internet connection and necessary equipment to perform job duties
