**The Role**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Online Chat Specialist (Contract), you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
* Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
* Identifying potential issues and coordinating with the Development team
* Supporting other Customer Support projects as necessary

**What We're Looking For**

* **Experience**: We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support, with a strong ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English and ideally in Spanish or Portuguese.
* **Aptitude for Learning**: We'll provide you with the training you need to succeed, but we're looking for someone who's eager to learn and adapt to our user journey and feedback.
* **Technical Savviness**: While coding knowledge is not required, you should be technically savvy to support our users and navigate our software tools.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong fluency in English and bilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Support
* Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed
* Reliable internet connection (at least 10 MB/s) and a computer that can connect to the web
* Familiarity with software tools such as Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk (a plus)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Fluency in Polish, German, French, Italian, or Tagalog (a plus)
* Coding knowledge (a plus)
