**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs. You'll also be expected to market appropriate products and services, establish customer relationships, and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

As a Bilingual Customer Service / Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services
* Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed
* Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
* Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
* Collaborating with the sales team to achieve business objectives
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers

**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Must have or be able to obtain a State of Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative license or State of Florida 2-20 General Lines or State of Florida 20-44
* Must have or obtain a State of Florida 2-15 life/health/variable annuity license within 6-12 months of start date
* Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
* Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to effectively relate to customers and build strong relationships
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
