You'll be responsible for resolving routine problems and answering questions related to our clients' products and services, using your excellent communication skills and technical knowledge. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service and support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats * Resolve routine problems and answer questions related to our clients' products and services * Use your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge * Work collaboratively with your team to achieve shared goals and objectives **Requirements** * Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking) * 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment * Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * High school diploma or equivalent * Quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home * Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment * Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes * Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge * Desktop or laptop with high-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone * Residency in the state of New Mexico **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingualism in additional languages (e.g., English and another language) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technical tools * Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge * Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and resolution **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
