**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English - Remote USA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving escalated or complex calls, and delivering a positive experience to our customers. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
* Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge to customers
* Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English to communicate with customers
* Provide a positive and empathetic experience to customers, resolving their issues with a smile
* Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support
**What You Bring to the Role**
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
* Strong product or service knowledge
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* High-speed internet (15 mbps) and a reliable computer
