**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers at arenaflex. You'll be part of a team that brings humanity to business, providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
* Resolving escalated or complex calls from customers with compassion and empathy
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a bilingual environment
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
* Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
* Computer experience, including proficiency in software applications and technology platforms
* A high-speed internet connection (25mbps) and a hardwired connection to your home router
