**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving inbound application calls from potential new customers and utilizing effective sales/negotiating skills to acquire applications and up-front fees.
* Gathering information and entering data from applicants through inbound and outbound calls.
* Advising and educating applicants on information regarding their specific application.

* Base wage starting at $17-$18.90/hr. with opportunities to increase take-home pay.
* Top 60% of associates are eligible for incentives, providing additional earning potential.
* Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay.
* Earn up to an additional $3.50/hr. when working non-traditional hours.
* Bilingual skills will be compensated in the form of a 10% differential.
