As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing world-class customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, resolve complex issues, and provide clarity on their accounts and transactions. You'll become an expert in navigating our systems, researching account information, and providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Handle incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
• Make outbound calls when necessary to resolve customer issues
• Assist customers with their inquiries and provide accurate information
• Notate account information accurately and update records as necessary
• Research for the most up-to-date information to resolve customer inquiries
• Navigate our systems while engaging with customers on the phone
**What We're Looking For:**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
**Required:**
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a call center agent
• Proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish
• Ability to work a 10:30am - 7pm EST shift
• Strong customer service skills with experience handling customer calls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to resolve customer inquiries and escalate items as necessary in a timely manner
• Proficient with researching and resolving related inquiries
• PC skills
• Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing work environment
• Ability to identify and communicate process improvement to supervisor
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
**Preferred:**
• Experience in the finance industry

**Compensation:**
The typical base pay range for this role is $20.00 per hour. In addition to a competitive base salary, this role is eligible for a $1.00 an hour bilingual differential while employed within a bilingual capacity.
