We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to help us launch our Spanish-language platform in Latin America and provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking students.

**Job Summary**
As our next Customer Success Star, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our Spanish-speaking students in Latin America. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, provide solutions, and maintain our customer service standards. If you're a self-starter with a passion for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a love for making a difference, we want to hear from you!
**Responsibilities**
* Handle all customer service tickets from our Spanish-speaking students in Zendesk and WhatsApp, responding within 24 hours (except weekends)
* Update customer accounts in various platforms, ensuring seamless and efficient support
* Collaborate with the team to brainstorm solutions and resolve complex issues in both English and Spanish
* Work within our payment processing system to assist with refunds, subscription changes, and other transactions
* Maintain and update Customer Service SOPs for this brand, ensuring consistency and excellence
* Work a maximum of 10 hours per week (to start), with flexibility to adjust as needed
**Requirements**
* Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to manage your own time and tasks
* Personable and service-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work independently as a contractor, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
* Proficiency in our tech stack, including Slack, Asana, Dropbox, Searchie (Membership.Io), ZenDesk, Chargebee, Keap, Loom, and Google Suite
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving complex issues and providing solutions
* Familiarity with our industry and Instagram marketing resources
* Experience working with Latin American markets and cultures
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
