**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of calls, emails, and chats with ease and professionalism. You will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and answering billing questions in a timely and accurate manner
* Making policy changes, updating customer information, and processing claims
* Offering recommendations and solutions to customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction

**Qualifications & Skills**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
* In-office position, requiring regular attendance at our Lakeland, FL office (3535 W Pipkin Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811)
* Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
* Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills, with experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
