**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our call center. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system.
