**Job Description**
As a Dispute Resolution Specialist I, you will be responsible for guiding consumers through the dispute resolution process, providing detailed explanations of eligibility requirements and procedures. This role focuses on customer service within a call center environment and requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. After an initial training period (3-6 weeks) onsite, you'll transition to a hybrid schedule.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound calls and assist consumers with filing claims via phone or online.
* Explain dispute resolution program details and eligibility, referring cases to management as needed.
* Address basic inquiries regarding state-specific lemon laws.
* Assist with consumer outreach and support special projects to achieve program goals.
**Qualifications:**
* 4+ years of progressive call center experience with a focus on customer service.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Familiarity with contact center systems such as Ring Central or Matterhorn.
* Experience in a Fortune 500 call center environment.
* **MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish**
