As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for handling high volumes of inbound calls from customers, updating administrative details of customer accounts, and directing calls to the appropriate departments when necessary. You'll work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience and provide exceptional support to our customers. **Key Responsibilities** • Handle high volumes of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable • Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary • Help explain contract details to customers • Manage existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free driving • Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts • Be interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management **Job Qualifications** • Fluency in Spanish and English • High school diploma or GED required • Strong computer literacy skills required • Previous knowledge of a CRM system (a plus) • Goal-oriented, with high standards and a drive to achieve them • Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasive speaking, and listening skills • Ability to use good reasoning skills and adapt on the fly • Great organizational skills and ability to multitask • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure • Available workspace at home with high-speed internet (at least 50 Mbps) and an isolated work environment away from others during scheduled shifts **Essential and Preferred Qualifications** • 1 year of customer service experience • 1 year of call center experience • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Skills and Competencies Required for Success** • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines • Strong computer literacy skills • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their careers.
