We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our Roadrunner's Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. This is a tremendous opportunity to partner with us to build a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of powersports loans.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Process phone payments and communicate with customers regarding their powersports loan.
* Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve customer concerns.
* Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channel, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
* Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, providing accurate and timely information.
* Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
* Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities.
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus.
* Preferably two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. Collection experience is a plus.
* Requires a minimum of 2 years related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
* Ability to master the use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) – Training Provided.
* Strong communication skills both verbally and written, as roles are a combination of phone and communicating through chat. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
* Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude, with the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include some overtime, some nights, weekends, and holidays; Honest with a strong work ethic, unscheduled absences are rare, and always punctual.
