**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for providing expert support to our customers via phone, email, and online chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information on tax laws and policies. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of tax regulations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing accurate and timely information on tax laws and policies
* Assist customers with account maintenance, refund inquiries, and password resets
* Provide knowledgeable and accurate information on online State Registration requirements
* Perform light to moderate research using online web tools to resolve customer issues
* Maintain a working knowledge of current tax laws and policies, staying up-to-date on revised policies, procedures, regulations, and tax laws
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Utilize technology to provide advanced support to customers
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
**Minimum Entry Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED
* Six months of call center experience handling customer questions, complaints, and/or providing information

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a high-volume Contact Service environment
* Bilingual in Spanish or second language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Ability to work in a remote environment after completing an onsite training period
**Requirements**
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check
* Must be able to obtain a Tax Clearance Letter stating that you do not owe any state taxes
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate: $15.00 per hour (non-bilingual) and $17.00 per hour (Spanish speaking)
