**Job Summary**
careerzynith is seeking an experienced Benefits Representative to join our team in a work-from-home data entry position. As a Benefits Representative, you will be responsible for processing benefits, including Wellbeing, Life, LTD, and Adaptable Spending benefits, as well as assisting with online enrollment frameworks and reviews. This is a full-time, hourly position that reports to the Benefits Director.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process Wellbeing, Life, LTD, and Adaptable Spending benefits
* Process Change in Status and Exceptional Enrollment Occasions for benefits
* Assist with Online Enrollment Framework plan and reviews
* Create and handle weekly Adaptable Spending Reports and Adaptable Spending Review
* Assist and answer Extra security and LTD guarantee requests
* Interaction and pay Extra security and LTD bills
* Process and answer Qualified Clinical Kid Backing Requests
* Assist with 401(k) and Non-Qualified Conceded Pay (NQDC) Plan enrollments
* Coordinate stores for the 401(k), NQDC, and IRA account
* Direct Month to month and Quarterly reviews for the Wellbeing Plan
* Critical thinking with workers and Outsider Directors
* Comprehend and Decipher Plan Records
* Circulate Fresh recruit Parcels
* Saturday work will be expected on occasion
**Expected Qualifications and Skills**
* 2 - 3 years Benefits Organization experience with Wellbeing, Dental, Disaster protection, LTD, Flex, and COBRA
* Information on 401(k), ERISA, HIPAA, and Medical services Change guidelines
* Capable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Experience with HRIS benefits frameworks (SAP liked)
* Elevated degree of meticulousness
* Solid correspondence and authoritative abilities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
