**Job Overview**
As a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company online, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. **Key Responsibilities**
• **Address a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat**: You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to a wide range of questions and concerns related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service inquiries, finance options, and general dealership queries.
• **Deliver precise information regarding products and services via chat communications**: You'll provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, ensuring that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable online experience.
• **Assist in scheduling appointments by honing in on necessary details**: You'll work closely with our clients to schedule appointments, gathering all necessary information to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
