**Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that they are engaged, motivated, and performing at their best. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce**: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to your team members to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
* **Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises**: Ensure that your team is working safely, efficiently, and effectively to meet customer expectations.
* **Collaborate with all support teams**: Work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources teams to develop plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
* **Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach**: Perform physical tasks that require lifting, bending, and reaching, and work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud.
* **Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts**: Work for extended periods on your feet, and be able to stand, walk, and move around the facility as needed.
* **Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather**: Work in a facility that may have varying temperatures and weather conditions, including outside loading departments.
* **Continuously climb and descend stairs**: Work in facilities with stairs and be able to climb and descend stairs as needed.
