**Job Summary**
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and driving business results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be the face of arenaflex in your area, and your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will work closely with our support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans and strategies that meet business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**
* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction
* Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support
* Collaborate with all support teams to develop plans and strategies that meet business objectives
* Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks and duties
* Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support
* Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and where the temperature and weather conditions may be variable
* Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support

**Location and Type**
This role is located in Orlando, FL, USA, and is a full-time position. We hire Area Managers based on location preference and the business's current openings.
**Estimated Salary**
The estimated salary for this role is $20 to $28 per hour, based on qualifications.
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, operations, or related field preferred
* 2+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or related field
* Proven track record of leadership and team management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
* Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
