**Essential Capabilities**
To succeed in this role, you should:
* Currently reside in the state of Utah
* Have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Have 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and online tools
* Be able to perform multitasking with telephone and computer skills
* Have designed broadband internet access either through DSL, cable, or fiber to the home (FiOS or FiberOptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload contracted speed
* Be able to adjust your schedule frequently (at least every 2 hours), with a 14-day advance notice
* Be able to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and be able to give complete focus to the client during work hours
**Preferred Capabilities**

* 1+ years of significant telephone or email customer support experience
