Our company culture values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** As an Amazon Customer Service Specialist Remote, you'll be responsible for: * Helping clients and other consultants via telephone, email, and online with billing/insurance checks, products, or service questions * Overseeing both inbound and outbound calls * Proactively identifying answers to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction * Adopting an empathetic approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or escalating to pharmacy specialists and pharmacists if clinical advice is required * Providing top-tier customer service experience to our clients while working in a fast-paced environment * Assisting with addressing client requests in regard to their insurance and copays, as needed * Furnishing our clients with technical support while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com * Serving clients promptly to ensure we're building a long-term relationship with them * Seeing every interaction as an opportunity to build a lasting relationship, not just resolving a single issue **Essential Capabilities** To succeed in this role, you should: * Currently reside in the state of Utah * Have a high school diploma or equivalent * Have 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and online tools * Be able to perform multitasking with telephone and computer skills * Have designed broadband internet access either through DSL, cable, or fiber to the home (FiOS or FiberOptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload contracted speed * Be able to adjust your schedule frequently (at least every 2 hours), with a 14-day advance notice * Be able to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and be able to give complete focus to the client during work hours **Preferred Capabilities** While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: * 1+ years of significant telephone or email customer support experience * Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) * Experience working in a customer support or call center environment * Experience working in a healthcare setting * Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced workplace while consistently meeting standards for efficiency and quality * Demonstrated ability to work as a team player **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
