**Key Responsibilities**
* **Commercial Enterprise Growth**
+ Develop and execute commercial enterprise strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experience
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions
+ Analyze performance metrics and develop recommendations to improve business outcomes
+ Manage and deliver against complex goals with ambiguous approach
+ Balance short-term sales goals with long-term strategic objectives
* **Vendor Management**
+ Build and maintain relationships with vendors to drive business growth and improve customer experience
+ Conduct vendor delight surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement
+ Develop and implement improvement plans with account managers
+ Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce inefficiencies
* **Process Excellence**
+ Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and key metrics to inform strategic development of functions and programs
+ Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to drive growth and improve customer experience
+ Develop and implement upgrades that benefit a large set of customers
+ Increase mechanisms to create duty and drive business outcomes
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in client or seller-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills
* Proven ability to analyze data and exceptional practices to evaluate performance drivers
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
**Desired Qualifications**
* Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate performance drivers and discover insights
* Demonstrated track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders through collaborative problem-solving, conflict resolution, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
