Together, we help shape the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers...and we have fun doing it. **Key Responsibilities** As an Account Strategist, you'll be responsible for: * Building and managing relationships with clients, and developing an in-depth understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. * Working proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. * Planning for, and achieving, growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals. * Developing forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. * Building an in-depth knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media. * Ability to travel 20% of the time. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling. * Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients. * Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms. * Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and ability to achieve goals to drive growth. * Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. * Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. * Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the SMB market. * Proficiency in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms. * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers. As an Account Strategist, you'll be part of a close-knit team that's passionate about helping SMBs achieve their growth goals. **Compensation and Benefits** The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$119,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits included.
