**The Role**
As our Executive Vice President of Customer Success & Services, you'll be responsible for leading the development of customer success, professional services, and support motions that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. You'll be a strategic champion of the customer journey, influencing and aligning with various departments to enhance the customer experience. Your expertise will be crucial in building and scaling global teams, creating industry-leading customer journeys, and driving customer retention and renewals in partnership with sales and services leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the development of customer success, professional services, and support motions that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth

**Essential Qualifications**
* Proven track record in a senior customer success leadership position, particularly in a growth environment
* Experience in leading teams that utilize CRM platforms
