Recruitment Consultant Location: Remote (Must be located within driving distance of Snohomish, WA for occasional in-person training and monthly team meetings) Larison Recruitment is a fast-growing boutique executive search firm specializing in the commercial construction and real estate industries across the Pacific Northwest. We're looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Recruiting Consultant who wants more than just a job—you'll have the opportunity to help build a growing business while developing a rewarding long-term career. This is a 100% remote opportunity where you'll begin by mastering candidate sourcing, relationship building, and market intelligence before progressing into full-cycle recruiting with a clear path for advancement and uncapped earning potential. What You'll Do • Source and identify top construction and real estate professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, and initial interviews. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. • Maintain accurate candidate records within our CRM/ATS. • Build talent pipelines and market maps for active and future searches. • Learn the executive search process while partnering with senior recruiters. • Progress into managing full-cycle recruitment and client relationships.
