Executive Assistant to Co-Founder Attention Economy Club 📍 100% Remote (LATAM Preferred) 🕒 Full-Time About Attention Economy Club Attention Economy Club is a fast-growing agency helping eCommerce brands scale through TikTok Shop affiliate partnerships, creator campaigns, backend operations, and performance-driven growth strategies. In just over a year, AEC has built a reputation for helping brands win in one of the fastest-growing channels in eCommerce. As the business continues to scale, we’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly alongside Co-Founder Riley Garcia. The Opportunity This role is less “manage my calendar” and more: Protect my time. Organize my world. Help me scale. You won’t simply support an executive—you’ll become a trusted partner in helping a founder operate at a higher level. You’ll help drive organization, communication, accountability, and execution across multiple areas of the business. What You’ll Own Executive Support Manage calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up action items Protect executive focus and ensure priorities stay aligned Communication & Team Coordination Join daily leadership/morning calls Act as a communication bridge across teams Help monitor internal communication and client sentiment Keep leadership updated on key wins, issues, and opportunities Financial & Administrative Support Send invoices and follow up on outstanding payments Track contracts, renewals, and key business deadlines Handle sensitive financial and operational information with discretion Travel & Event Planning Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries Support event logistics, team retreats, client dinners, and conferences Strategic Support Conduct research and gather insights Help organize business ideas, priorities, and initiatives Serve as a thought partner in a fast-moving founder environment Who You Are You may be a fit if you: Have 2–5+ years supporting founders, executives, or operators Have experience in startups, agencies, eCommerce, or fast-growth companies Are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Communicate with confidence and emotional intelligence Stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly Can be trusted with confidential business and financial information Are fluent in English (written and verbal) Bonus Points Experience with: Google Workspace Slack Notion TikTok Shop, creator economy, affiliate marketing, or eCommerce Why Join?
