About the Role
We are hiring a fully remote Event Sales Associate to support event bookings across our locations. This is an entry-to-early-career sales role and a strong opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales while helping deliver great experiences for guests.
What You'll Do
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and digital channels
• Prospect businesses, schools, and organizations in our markets
• Respond to inbound inquiries and assist in converting them into bookings
• Follow up with leads to keep opportunities moving forward
• Track leads, activity, and follow-ups in CRM
• Maintain organized records of all interactions
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Assist with event details and coordination
• Support smooth handoff to on-site teams
What We're Looking For
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality
• Strong communication skills — phone, email, written
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Comfortable working fully remote
• Positive, proactive attitude
