Role Description The Event Executive role is a part-time, remote position responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting brand events and activations for Boba CuCue. This role includes organizing online and in-person promotional events, collaborating with internal teams and partners, and ensuring consistent brand presentation across different venues. The Event Executive will manage event timelines, logistics, and communication with stakeholders, as well as support marketing efforts through basic content creation, social media coordination, and post-event reporting. Day-to-day tasks involve tracking event budgets, preparing event materials, maintaining schedules, and gathering feedback to improve future events. The role requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with a distributed team.
Qualifications
• Event planning and coordination skills, including experience managing timelines, logistics, and on-site or virtual event operations.
• Basic marketing and branding skills, such as assisting with social media campaigns, promotional materials, and audience engagement activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with partners, vendors, and internal teams in a remote environment.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and comfort handling multiple events or projects at once.
• Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project management or scheduling software); experience with event or CRM platforms is a plus.
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, or entertainment is preferred; familiarity with café, F&B, or franchise operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required by event schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
