At Concerted Care Group, we specialize in comprehensive, evidence-based mental health treatment, delivered through a collaborative, interdisciplinary model that supports both patients and clinicians.   We are seeking skilled, compassionate therapists who are ready to join us in making a lasting impact.   What You’ll Do   As a Mental Health IOP Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead Mental Health IOP Groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative and integrated behavioral health model.  Clinical Responsibilities Include:   Remote: Schedule Monday Through Friday 3PM - 9PM Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our Mental Health IOP program  Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans   Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations   Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment   Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness   Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care   Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning   Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate   Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance and successful program completion  Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely   What You Bring   You are a thoughtful, clinically strong therapist who values both empathy and accountability.   Required Qualifications:   Comfortable working in a remote capacity  Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment   Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field   Active independent licensure:    LCSW, LMSW LCPC, LGPC Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care   EMDR experience is preferred   Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)   Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth   The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.   Why Mental Health Clinicians Choose Concerted Care Group   Clinician well-being matters — supportive leadership and realistic, consistent caseloads   Growth & leadership opportunities as our mental health programs expand   Mental-health focused care with evidence-based clinical standards   Collaborative team environment with psychiatry, nursing, and peer support   Meaningful clinical time   A mission-driven culture centered on healing and dignity   Compensation & Schedule   Salary Range:  The pay for this position is up to $100,000 annually   Incentive Compensation:   This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical participation and engagement.
