About the role
As an Account Executive at LegalOn, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing opportunities through the sales pipeline to deal close (and upsell). You will be working with VP and C-level executives (General Counsels, VP’s, C-suite) across all segments and multiple industry verticals that are looking to optimize their legal teams operations. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and executing deals across mid-market and enterprise segments, ranging from $10k to $100k+, with deal cycles ranging from weeks to months.
What you'll do
Build and advance a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise corporates in the EMEA region
Independently manage the full sales cycle, from creation to close to upsell
Build trusted relationships with decision makers and stakeholders, uncovering paint points and delivering impactful, tailored demonstrations and trial experiences
Collaborate in the sales process with our legal engineering team to deliver tailored solutions showcasing our capability to meet each customer’s unique needs
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
Represent LegalOn at industry events, tradeshows, seminars and other local events
Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an Account Executive in legal/legal adjacent industry, or 5+ years in the legal industry working with attorneys, and/or V/C-level executives.
Strong discovery and storytelling skills, communicating powerfully both verbally and in writing in English and German
Experience managing end to end deals with multiple stakeholders, trial processes, and RFP/infosec
Perseverance and adaptability, staying focused through a rapidly changing space and learning quickly
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Enthusiasm for business development and showing up to meet customers and prospects

Remote working conditions depending on location, though Munich location preferred. Full flex working environment
Earnings are salary + commissions/bonuses (negotiable based on experience)
