Job Title: EPIC Techno-Functional Consultant (MyChart)

Duration: 6+ Months
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced EPIC Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in MyChart. The ideal candidate will have a balanced skill set across functional configuration and technical development, enabling them to support enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions within the EPIC ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain EPIC MyChart modules based on business requirements
• Perform system analysis, design, and implement configuration changes
• Develop and customize solutions within EPIC as needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MyChart functionality and integrations
• Support system upgrades, testing, and deployments
• Ensure compliance with EPIC standards and best practices
• Provide ongoing support and optimization for MyChart workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong experience with EPIC MyChart module
• Techno-functional expertise with hands-on configuration and development experience
• Knowledge of EPIC tools, workflows, and integration mechanisms
• Experience in debugging, testing, and system enhancements
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• EPIC certification in MyChart or related modules
• Experience with healthcare systems and patient engagement platforms
• Familiarity with HL7/FHIR integrations
