About the position
We are building a high-performing team of Environmental & Social (E&S) Experts to support a large-scale, multi-year program aligned with international development finance institutions. This opportunity involves working on diverse global projects requiring rapid mobilization, technical excellence, and strict compliance with international environmental and social standards. Selected professionals will contribute to screening, due diligence, monitoring, and advisory services across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, mining, telecommunications, agriculture, and healthcare.
Responsibilities
• Contribute to screening, due diligence, monitoring, and advisory services across various sectors.
• Prepare screening memos and red-flag reports.
• Conduct due diligence and gap analysis, producing relevant reports.
• Develop monitoring reports and corrective action plans.
• Perform technical assessments.
• Create training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Submit monthly progress reports.
• Participate in kickoff and coordination meetings.
• Adhere to strict adherence to confidentiality and conflict-of-interest policies.
• Comply with federal travel, security, and accessibility standards.
Requirements
• Demonstrate strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience in at least one of the following sectors: Oil & gas, mining, infrastructure, telecom, agriculture, healthcare.
• Strict adherence to confidentiality and conflict-of-interest policies.
• Compliance with federal travel, security, and accessibility standards.
Nice-to-haves
• DFI/MDB project experience preferred.
• Master’s degree or higher preferred for Senior Environmental & Social Specialist.
• Master’s degree preferred for Environmental & Social Specialist.
• Advanced degree preferred for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
