Telecommute Relationship Manager / Talent Manager
This is a telecommute position designed for individuals who enjoy building strong relationships and connecting with people. Approximately 85% of this role involves building and maintaining relationships over the phone with large apartment communities and property management teams. Once relationships are established, onsite visits are expected at least once per week to strengthen partnerships and maintain client engagement.
Our goal is to identify open positions within the apartment industry and bridge the gap between management companies and temporary employees. We focus on both sides of the relationship — helping properties find dependable workers while helping employees find the right job opportunities that match their skills and goals.
We are looking for outgoing, energetic individuals who naturally enjoy making friends, networking, and creating long-term professional relationships. In our business model, we believe people prefer doing business with a friend rather than feeling like they are dealing with a salesperson.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with apartment communities and property managers
• Identify open positions and staffing needs within the apartment industry
• Recruit and connect qualified temporary workers with available opportunities
• Make outbound and follow-up phone calls to establish new business relationships
• Conduct weekly onsite visits with existing accounts
• Maintain regular communication with clients and employees through phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Represent the company professionally while creating a friendly and trustworthy experience
• Help ensure both the client and employee have a successful working relationship
Requirements:
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable transportation for weekly onsite visits
• Professional attitude with a relationship-first mindset
• Ability to network, build trust, and maintain strong business connections
