Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist Contract Position (6 months) ($28-32 /hour) About the Role A growing healthcare and technology-focused organization is seeking an Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting operations and candidate sourcing efforts. This role works closely with hiring managers and recruiting teams to help identify, engage, and coordinate qualified candidates across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking platforms, and employee referrals. • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions. • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and overall fit. • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. • Maintain timely communication with applicants regarding interview status and next steps. • Assist with creating and posting job descriptions across recruiting platforms. • Support hiring managers throughout the interview and hiring process. • Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Track recruiting activity and assist with reporting recruitment metrics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support hiring initiatives and workforce needs. Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, customer service, administration, or HR support. • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, job boards, and Microsoft Office. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred • Experience supporting hiring or onboarding activities. • Experience working in a high-growth or professional services environment. • Interest in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources career development.
