Position Overview
We are currently recruiting for immediate openings in our Remote Data Entry division. This position is fully work-from-home and requires candidates to reside within 70 miles of San Antonio, Texas. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive paid training to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
This is an entry-level position—no prior experience is required! We provide all necessary training on our systems, processes, and industry-specific policies. What we seek is a genuine commitment to accuracy, a strong work ethic, and a passion for serving others in our community.

What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing critical information within our eligibility and benefits systems. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy directly impact the communities we serve.
Primary Responsibilities
- Information Processing: Use designated work instructions and established procedures to execute routine and critical data entry tasks with precision
- Database Management: Retrieve, enter, validate, and update information in multiple authorized eligibility and tracking systems
- Document Handling: Access and process information from authorized databases while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity standards
- Data Verification: Review incoming data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and make appropriate corrections or updates to existing records
- Transaction Processing: Follow extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures to make timely and accurate selections in processing various transactions
- Appointment Management: Determine when images or documentation require rescheduling and take appropriate action
- Performance Standards: Meet and exceed individual and unit performance goals and productivity standards as defined by management
- Training Completion: Attend and successfully complete all required job-related and industry-specific systems and policy training programs
- Quality Assurance: Review and analyze discrepancies in received data, request clarification when needed, and effectively escalate queries to team supervisors for resolution
- Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all findings, actions, and outcomes

Preferred Background
