What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll connect with union members who have requested information about their benefits. You’ll walk them through available options, answer questions, and help complete the necessary steps to ensure each member receives proper support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communication with members
Schedule and conduct virtual or phone appointments
Present benefit options in a clear and professional manner
Assist with completing digital forms, applications, and required documentation
Maintain accurate records and follow quality-control guidelines
Use basic computer systems, video platforms, and digital tools
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal communication skills
Positive, professional, and energetic attitude
Customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not required
Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with members
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Organized, reliable, and coachable
Team-focused mindset with a willingness to learn
Legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada
