Job Title: Enterprise Business Analyst (EBA) Generalist.
Location: California (CA) Only | 100% Remote
(Candidates must be based in California - No relocation or submissions from other locations.)
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Visa Eligibility: OPT-EAD, STEM OPT-EAD, H4-EAD, GC-EAD, L2-EAD, USC Only
Tax Term: W2 Only (C2C submissions will not be considered.)
Job Description:
Qualifications that we are seeking in new EBA Generalists are:
Strong requirements elicitation and facilitation
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience eliciting requirements in both waterfall and agile methodologies
Prefer experience working in agile on a project or product team where they wrote epics, user stories, etc.
Self-motivated and Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple assignments
Healthcare knowledge / experience
Proficient in MS Office suite, JIRA and GRID
