Role Overview

As our first Enterprise AE for LATAM, you will own the entire go-to-market build from the ground up - prospecting, pipeline creation, deal execution, and close - across Mexico and Colombia. This is a greenfield opportunity for a proven hunter who thrives on building something from scratch.

What You Will Do

Create deals, build and own the enterprise pipeline in LATAM from zero. Build value by understanding each prospect's current state, their challenges, and where they want to go. Position Brevo as a compelling alternative to similar platforms. Progress deals by advancing opportunities with structure: mutual action plans, multi-threading across stakeholders, and a clear business value narrative that keeps momentum going. Close deals by negotiating and finalizing agreements, managing legal and procurement processes, and bringing deals home with a clear sense of urgency and timing.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You'll be a native Spanish speaker with professional-level English required (Portuguese is a strong plus). You'll have 3-5+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of closing complex, multi-threaded deals and building pipeline from scratch. You'll be comfortable selling to senior decision-makers across Marketing, IT, and Procurement in a brand that isn't yet known in the market.
