Responsibilities Managing your own portfolio of employment permit cases Communicating with clients (employers and candidates) via email, WhatsApp, and company phone calls Liaising with Irish authorities (DETE) regarding applications and queries Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance before submission Preparing and completing application forms and internal case records Tracking progress of each case and following up on missing information Coordinating with the internal Employment Permit team to ensure smooth processing Following structured internal processes and deadlines Requirements Degree in business administration or international relations and related areas is preferred. Strong attention to detail (critical for this role) Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently Confidence in written and verbal communication (English required) Professional communication skills when speaking with clients and authorities Organisation and ability to follow structured processes Proactive attitude and sense of ownership over your work Willingness to learn and grow in a specialised field Important Notes Remote PJ (contractor) position based anywhere in Brazil You will need to issue invoices via Receita Federal System Communication is handled through official company channels, including a company phone number via Teams This is not a purely administrative role, you will be responsible for managing cases and communicating externally There is a learning curve, but also strong potential for growth within the company
