Job Description
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a related discipline

Key Responsibilities
Provide evaluation, consultation, guidance, and direction within assigned area(s) of emergency management expertise
Support course reviews, audits, and evaluations by assessing content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with emergency management practices
Consult with project teams, FEMA stakeholders, and Government officials regarding processes, content, and deliverables
Contribute subject matter expertise by identifying best practices and translating technical terminology for training and evaluation purposes
Provide recommendations verbally and in writing to support course improvements and program decisions
Support evaluation activities related to training effectiveness and operational applicability
May support oversight activities such as research efforts, training evaluations, staff performance assessments, and coordination with Government agencies and partner organizations
