We are looking for a highly skilled video editor who can take self-shot iPhone 17 Pro footage and transform it into modern, world-class short-form content.
This is not basic editing. We are building a premium content library that reflects a high-performance, forward-thinking brand.
Scope of Work:
We will be producing approximately 20 videos, including:
4 long-form videos (~150 seconds each)
16 short-form videos (under 60 seconds)
Content will include:
CEO thought leadership videos
Corporate team messaging
Employee bios and personal stories
Client testimonials
Culturally relevant, industry-specific content
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone who can elevate simple footage into something that feels:
Modern and high-end
Slightly tech-forward in style (clean motion graphics, subtle innovation feel)
Highly engaging for short-form platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
On-brand using our brand kit (colors, fonts, tone)
Think of the Masterclass videos for inspiration
You should be confident in:
Pacing and storytelling (not just cutting clips)
Motion graphics and text overlays
Sound design and music selection
Creating a cohesive look across multiple videos
Making iPhone footage feel cinematic and intentional
Ideal Candidate:
Has experience editing for executives, brands, or thought leaders
Understands attention retention in short-form content
Has a strong portfolio that feels clean, modern, and premium
Can take creative direction and also contribute ideas

Final edited videos (formatted for social platforms)
Consistent visual style across all assets
Efficient turnaround with clear communication
