Ecommerce Merchandising Manager

Job Description: • Own the eCommerce brand strategy for American Tin Ceilings and Reggio Registers • Lead Shopify strategy and optimization for ATC and RR • Drive site UX/UI improvements • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence • Serve as the site update point person for execution across all brands • Partner with manager to monitor core vital metrics across all brand storefronts • Own newness launches and site optimization initiatives • Serve as the merchandising team's liaison to SEO/content, performance marketing, operations/inventory, sales, and design teams • Track and report on key eCommerce performance metrics using PowerBI and Shopify analytics • Use data to inform merchandising decisions Requirements: • 5+ years of eCommerce merchandising experience with direct ownership of brand-owned DTC websites (Shopify strongly preferred) • Demonstrated ability to operate in both strategic and tactical modes • Experience managing multi-brand or multi-category eCommerce environments • Strong command of product catalog management • Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting • Exceptional attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to understand product and ecommerce/digital trends Benefits: • Competitive Base Salary in line with market expectations • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans • 401(k) Safe Harbor Plan with 4% employer match dollar for dollar • Paid vacation allocated by position, and numerous paid holidays • Paid Parental Leave • Paid Sick Days (based on applicable state laws) • Employee Discount program across all brands at a price of 10%-20% above cost • Voluntary Life Insurance & Disability Insurance • Voluntary Accident & Critical Illness Insurance • Employee Referral Program w/Monetary Bonus • Discounts through LifeMart
