Role Overview

careerzynith is expanding its Conversion Improvement team with a brand‑new position: Customer Experience Chatroom Operator. In this role you will be the human safety net that ensures our AI‑driven conversations remain accurate, empathetic, and compliant. When the AI model is less than 98 % confident about a consumer’s intent, you will step in, interpret the message, craft a contextual response, and categorize the interaction for continuous learning. Your work will directly influence the quality of our natural language model and, ultimately, the satisfaction of our enterprise clients’ end‑users.
