If you're passionate about driving growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you. **About the Role** We're seeking an experienced Director/Sr. Director to lead our Strategy and Customer Success efforts for arenaflex for Business. In this role, you'll be responsible for: * Defining the vision and strategy for our customer experience, identifying new products and services, and driving growth opportunities for arenaflex for Business * Overseeing front-line teams, including Implementation, VIP Support escalations, and Billing/Invoicing, to ensure seamless customer experiences * Partnering with the Senior Manager of Customer Success to increase product usage, improve service levels, and enhance customer satisfaction * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Tech, and Centralized teams, to improve client-facing processes through automation and systemization * Developing systems for capturing feedback and building it into Product, Operations, and GTM * Leading a highly cross-functional team to drive growth and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes **You'll be Excited About This Opportunity Because** * You'll have the chance to strategize from first principles, developing the optimal strategy for arenaflex to win the Business audience * You'll build and transform our Customer Success capability, designing and building the right organization, processes, and programs to maximize client value * You'll scale our operations, improving efficiency and automating client-facing processes * You'll collaborate with a highly cross-functional team to drive growth and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes * You'll lead a high-performing team, managing, developing, and continuing to build a diverse and talented team **We're Excited About You Because** * You're a problem-solver who starts with the customer, using innovative approaches to deliver exceptional results * You're comfortable operating at 10,000 feet and in the weeds, with a clear understanding of the customer's needs and a focus on delivering on those needs * You're unafraid of ambiguity, diving into difficult problems and coming up with a plan * You're analytical, using data and analytics to answer complex business questions and create a compelling narrative * You're relentless, doing what it takes to win, no matter what * You have 15+ years of experience, with a proven track record of scaling a business or function, leading high-performance teams, and achieving audacious goals * You have 10+ years of team management experience, with a proven track record of building, developing, and inspiring diverse teams who deliver results **About arenaflex** At arenaflex, our mission is to empower local economies by providing a platform for businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
