Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share a common goal: to deliver outstanding results and make a lasting impact on the retail industry. **Key Responsibilities** As a Director of Strategy - Customer Experience at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our strategy team and driving customer experience initiatives across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: * Partnering with senior leadership to identify areas of key organizational focus and developing strategic plans to address those opportunities * Leading multiple project teams to drive operational excellence and customer experience improvements * Developing and implementing process improvements within our stores, working closely with Operations Managers and Analysts * Measuring the impact of changes and new projects on operational areas and identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement * Collaborating with Field Implementation Managers to establish project metrics and tollgates * Using expertise in strategic thinking and process design to drive successful improvements in operational areas * Evaluating needs of multiple project requests and aggregating data to ensure project objectives are met * Selecting, developing, and motivating assigned staff **Direct Manager/Direct Reports** As a Director of Strategy - Customer Experience, you'll have direct and indirect reports, typically including 5 professionals and 14 support associates. You'll be expected to provide guidance, support, and leadership to your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. **Travel Requirements** As a Director of Strategy - Customer Experience, you'll typically require overnight travel less than 10% of the time. However, this may vary depending on business needs and requirements. **Physical Requirements** The majority of your time will be spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, you may need to move or lift light articles. **Working Conditions** You'll typically work in a comfortable environment, with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from dust, fumes, or odors.
