Leading a high-performing team of Security Engineers in a full-time capacity, the Director of Security Engineering (Pre-Sales) will drive technical strategy for enterprise sales, enhance revenue growth, and foster cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Security Engineers while establishing a culture of technical excellence
• Partner with Regional Sales Leaders to execute technical strategies and support complex strategic deals
• Build scalable systems and processes to improve technical win rates and enhance operational excellence
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or enterprise technology
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing Sales Engineering/Solutions Engineering teams
• Strong expertise in areas such as Network Detection & Response (NDR), Cloud security, and SOC operations
• Proven ability to hire, mentor, and scale high-performing Sales Engineering teams
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage with CISOs and senior security leaders
