**Key Responsibilities**
As our Director of Customer Success, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining an ongoing customer experience strategy that aligns with company objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Customer Success Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy that drives revenue growth, customer retention, and advocacy.

* **Onboarding and Adoption**: Foster a proactive onboarding approach that anticipates customer needs and ensures successful solution adoption.
* **Process Improvement**: Conduct regular assessments of the onboarding process and implement enhancements to streamline the customer journey.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Proven Experience**: Proven experience managing successful support and success teams in the SaaS landscape.
* **Scaling Expertise**: Expertise in scaling support and success teams from the ground up.
* **Technical Aptitude**: High technical aptitude and adaptability, with the ability to quickly become a product expert in the SaaS domain.
