JOB TITLE : Director, Financial Systems (SAP) SUMMARY The Director of Financial Systems owns the strategy, governance, and optimization of the organization’s SAP financial systems and financial technology ecosystem. This role serves as the bridge between FP&A, Accounting, and Technology, ensuring financial data is accurate, timely, and actionable. The role partners closely with business leadership to ensure SAP solutions support efficient operations, scalable growth and is aligned with business goals. The Director serves as the business owner for SAP Finance modules and drives process efficiency through automation and best-in-class system design. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Role reports to VP, Corporate Controller. • Serves as the primary systems partner to FP&A, Accounting and Technology as well as collaborating with Procurement and business leadership. • Owns and optimizes SAP systems supporting Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and ARIBA. • Translates Finance requirements into scalable system solutions and data models. Gathers requirements, functional design, testing, and deployment for SAP finance changes. • Leads upgrades, rollouts and continuous improvements along with managing SAP enhancement backlog and prioritizes initiatives based on business value. • Ensure SAP financial systems comply with SOX, audit, and regulatory requirements. Partners with Internal Audit, External Audit and Technology on control design and remediation. • Maintain strong data integrity, master data governance, and system controls. Ensures consistency and accuracy of financial data across SAP and downstream systems. • Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity. Requirements: JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training) : Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP financial systems or finance transformation roles Deep functional expertise in SAP and experience leading SAP implementations, upgrades, or S/4 HANA migrations Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Group Reporting Experience in complex, multi-entity or global SAP environments Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance processes Experience with SOX controls, audits, and SAP security concepts Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to bridge finance, technology, and business stakeholders Detail-oriented with a focus on governance and outcomes BENEFITS We realize that our employees are instrumental to our success, and we reward them accordingly with very competitive compensation and benefits packages, an incentive bonus program, as well as recognition and awards programs.
