**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Director of Customer Strategic Insights to lead our category management and guest insights efforts. As a key member of our Customer Strategic Insights team, you'll develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, maximize customer satisfaction, and foster strong relationships with our internal and external partners. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead category management and guest insights efforts to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
* Develop and implement strategies that maximize opportunities for customers and arenaflex
* Use storytelling and analytics to influence internal and external partners, including senior leaders and external organizations
* Collaborate with key internal and external cross-functional teams to drive business results
* Develop and manage primary research projects and budgets to inform business decisions
* Provide expert insights and recommendations to senior leaders and external organizations
* Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and external organizations
* Champion initiatives end-to-end to drive business results
**Requirements**
* 8+ years of work experience, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
* Regular customer engagement strongly preferred
* Background of owning and using primary research projects and budgets strongly preferred
* Experience with Foodservice and On Premise preferred
* Experience presenting to senior leaders of own and external organizations
* Prior consulting and category management or sales experience strongly preferred
* Proven track record of delivering sustainable results
* Heavy usage of arenaflex Foodservice data sources and subscribed platforms
* Ability to champion initiatives end-to-end
